Our group tours starts in front of the central door of Milan cathedral, where you will find one of our expert English speaking guides. First we will introduce the monument, with an entertaining description of its architecture style, then we will enter inside the Duomo of Milan, to discover each column, the choir, the several important paintings and the dome, ending with the many legends and secrets that the place still hides! Exploring the cathedral means to explore the past of the entire Europe.

The second part of the Tour will take you at the elevator’s entrance, so you could reach the terrace of the Duomo, without climbing some 200 strenuous steps!

The roof consists of a system of sloping and accessible terraces, with connecting walkways and stairs. You can almost reach and touch all the flying buttresses,

crockets, spires and statues. Have you ever meet a gargoyle?

PRICE INCLUDES: guided tour in English language, pre-booking and entrance fee to the Duomo Cathedral and to the terraces, comfortable and fast elevator for the most steep stretch to the top, earphones for groups with more than 5 participants.

MEETING POINT: Duomo Square n.4 (under the arches next to Benetton Store), 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

NOTE: Dress code: Shoulders and knees have to be covered to enter inside the Cathedral; during the hot days wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun on the roof; the staircase to reach the highest terrace is particularly narrow and with smooth marble: use comfortable shoes, preferably with rubber sole. The rooftops are not accessible to people with disabilities. Prams & strollers are not allowed on the rooftops.

On the terraces there are neither toilet facilities, nor coffee bars: bring water with you.

In the rare case of excessive bad weather, the terrace may be closed for safety reasons: in this case the ticket will be refunded.
