This lesson demonstrates how to prepare different types of fresh pasta (tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle etc.).
You will be shown how to make fresh pasta and to manipulate it into the different traditional shapes. The chefs will explain how to choose and prepare the sauce most appropriate for each shape, i.e. that will best stick to the cooked pasta and exalt the taste and filling of each type.
The results of the lesson will be served as your lunch accompanied by a sample of Tuscan wine.
