COOKERY LESSONS AND MORE IN FLORENCE
We shall visit the markets of San Lorenzo and of Sant'Ambrogio in Florence, teach you to recognise cheeses, different types of meat, salamis, a whole range of typical products and wines. You also learn how to combine them in seasonal dishes. Food is a passion! Book yourself a place in a cookery course held in a country house in the Chianti, where the indispensable ingredients for typical Tuscan dishes are still being produced: pecorino cheese and extra-virgin olive oil.
Courses can also be organised at your home in Florence. If you prefer to stay in the city, you can also take a course in the relaxed atmosphere of a historical palazzo, perhaps as a complement to a guided tour. In Tuscany food is culture.
